I’m not sure I totally succeeded with this picture. My goal was to give the sense of the knife coming at the viewer, but my original ideas didn’t work so well, e.g. shot head-on, the knife disappears.
I admit this is fairly similar to my first dove shot in subject matter, but the composition is aimed a little differently. This one has more depth due to the focus, but the novelty of the lines is less. I guess the first was more about the lines, and this one more about the dove.
