Nothing too fancy tonight… the deep cloud cover and near full day of rain kept me inside… well, more inside than usual.

These buds have blossomed. By now not many are left.

This one goes a little more in the ‘life’ category, but we celebrated my lovely wife Dori’s birthday tonight with friends. The cake, courtesy of Erica, Kathy, and Beth, was chocolate with chocolate ganache frosting on devil’s food cake with nutella separating the interior layers. Nice work ladies!
